Rich traditions in produce and farming

Ireland is known for its green hills and endless farmland, and its these agricultural pursuits which lead to Ireland having some of the finest quality produce anywhere in the world. Local, organic, farm-to-table ingredients  have formed the bedrock of Irish food quality. We'll learn about this produce from the source, visiting local dairy farms, whiskey distilleries (and we might stop in a gastro-pub or two!)
